Winebottler install is missing all predefined prefixes

Description

Trying to install Wine + Winebottler on Mac OS X Version 10.6.4.

When installation is completed and I try to select IE from predefined prefixes there are none from which to choose. The application page is completely blank. Tried re-installing several times to the same effect.

Have not seen this elsewhere in the forums. Help would be appreciated.
