Failed to create a custom prefix

I installed WineBottler (v1.1.44) on my Macbook Pro with Mac OS X (v10.6.6). When I tried to create a custom prefix, the WineBottler stops indefinitely at the WineBottler Install dialog with a message of "Turn on Coreaudio..." shown at the bottom of the dialog. When I clicked the x button, Winebottler showed the following log message. I updated Wine to v1.2.2 and found the issue persists.
