Can't install drivers over ODBC

Hello, thanks for you job!

I installed an application that works with Access database .mdb and it fails because the system cannot install correctly the driver, this command fails:

c:\windows\system32\odbcconf.exe /e /f c:\windows\system32\jetobdc.rsp

Do you know how can I install this driver correctly?
