Description

This error only occurs when making .app file by wrapping the Wine Library around the program. The program runs fine when it is run using a standard Wine Prefix.

RockNESX v2.0 refuses to launch. Instead, the following error occurs:

"Sorry, the file "" was not found."

This is using Wine 1.1.44, as well as Wine Bottler 1.1.44.

empty startupargument was passes a "" string. We do check this now.
