IrfanView 4.27 with WineBottler fails to load effects.dll

Description
I just created IrfanView? ( http://www.irfanview.com) as a WineBottler App for my Mac OSX which runs so far but when I want to access certain functions within Irfanview I get the message that it can not load certain libraries. Any ideas?
